The Matta Academy, a rebranding of the existing Matta School of Tourism, is

training was consistent with the academy''s re-branding.

name, Matta School of Tourism...so now, we start with a commitment of resources.
“In order to achive the government target to upgrade human capital and high
income country in 2020, skills, knowledge and training are important," he said
at the launch of the academy here.

He said the Matta Academy would be one of the leading training facilities
for the Travel and Tours Enhancment Course (TTEC), which was made compulsory by
the tourism ministry, for all travel agents and tour operators.

"Those who wish to renew their travel agency licence to enhance the overall
service quality of the travel and tours agents nationwide, must attend TTEC,”
