Kuala Penyu To Be Developed Into Tourist Destination.
KUALA PENYU - Kuala Penyu would be developed into another
tourist destination for Sabah, said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman Monday.
He said this beautiful coastal district was suitable for
holiday and leisure activities.
"Tourism development here will surely create many job
opportunities for the local residents.
"We will work at bringing local and foreign tourists
here which will help stimulate economic activities in Kuala Penyu," he
said at a Chinese New Year open house organised by Kuala Penyu Barisan
Nasional, here.
Musa said for as long as the people gave the mandate to
Barisan Nasional to rule the country, the government would always endeavour to
assist them and improve their economy.
He also said that Malaysia was fortunate to have a national
leader like Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak who was always thinking
of the best approaches to take to help the people.
